Shipping policy

We ship to destinations shown as available at checkout. The shipping methods, charges, and any transit estimates for your order are shown before payment. Please check your address carefully and contact support@badsquish.com immediately if it needs correction before dispatch.

Dispatch and delivery

Unless a different dispatch time is stated on a product page or during checkout, orders will ship within 30 days of purchase. We will send a shipping confirmation and tracking when available. Carrier transit estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will contact you with a revised date and the option to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund.

Delivery problems

If tracking shows a delivery problem or a parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number and photos of the package if available. We will review the situation and help with the next steps.

Returns

Returns are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. We provide the approved return address after a return request so the package reaches the correct location.
